Dear Apprentices,

We welcome our new and returning apprentices for the 2024-2025 school year and are excited about the future of the building trades in Kansas City area. We believe it will become even more apparent that choosing a career in the electrical trades and joining IBEW 124 was a great move and a wise investment in your future.

First through Fourth-year Inside Wireman apprentices will attend day school classes one day every two weeks, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Fifth-year Inside Wireman and all Telecom apprentices will have evening classes one day a week from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

Classes will begin the week of August 19th and you will receive a letter in the mail with your specific class day/night.

All book payments are due no later than August 15th. First-year Inside Wireman and Telecom apprentices can split their payments into two equal payments with the second payment due on November 14, 2024. Failure to make payments on time will result in an academic leave of absence or a request to appear before the Committee.

Payments must be made online at KCJATC124.org. Your instructor cannot accept book payments.
